Jade's Promise Dog Rescue is a Wisconsin-based nonprofit dedicated to giving dogs a second chance.
We believe rescue isn't just about saving dogs—it's about keeping families together whenever possible, supporting local shelters, helping dogs that have been overlooked, and creating lifelong matches through thoughtful adoption.
Every dog deserves compassion, patience, and the opportunity to heal.
Community Support
Our first goal is to help dogs stay with the people who love them whenever it is safe and possible. We offer pet food assistance, resource and veterinary referrals, behavior and training guidance, temporary support during short-term hardship, and connections to community resources.
Thoughtful Adoption
Every dog deserves more than a home—they deserve the right home. Through foster-based care, we learn each dog's personality and thoughtfully match them with adopters.

Surrender Support
When life's circumstances make it impossible to keep a beloved dog, we're here to help with compassion—not judgment. We support families through owner surrenders, the loss of an owner, assisted living transitions, medical emergencies, divorce, family changes, and housing challenges, always working toward the best possible outcome for both the dog and the family.
Shelter Intervention
We partner with Wisconsin shelters to help dogs whose outcomes can be significantly improved by leaving the shelter environment and entering foster care, including dogs declining mentally or emotionally in the shelter, long-term residents, seniors, medical cases, and dogs whose true personality is hidden by kennel stress.
